You are encouraged to register for a “free” account so that you have access to your profile and reward points earned. Please check your “Spam” for emails if our confirmation emails are not in your general mailbox.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Why is there a fee when booking my appointment?

The fee is securing your appointment time & date. The fee will be deducted from your total bill at your appointment (when applicable). If you miss your appointment the fee is non-refundable and a new fee will be accessed when setting a new appointment.

2.  I have a gift certificate, will I still be required to pay the fee when setting up my appointment?

 Yes, only those with a membership are not subject to a fee.   Gift certificates are a form of payment that will be used to pay when scheduling your appointment. You will enter the code from the gift certificate at checkout the deposit fee will be calculated in the total redeemed. (Refer to question #1 for other details regarding fee)

3.  I have a membership. How do I schedule my appointment?

     Sign in to your Account for access to your member’s only VIP Booking page.    

4.  I would like to make an appointment for myself and someone else for the same date & time.

     We are currently offering one on one services that does not allow for the same times.

5. I would like to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment.

Send an email to customer service to cancel or reschedule. Appointments should be cancelled 24hrs in advance; no call/no show will be charged 50% of the service. *Deposits are non-refundable and new deposit is required when rescheduling.
