You are encouraged to register for a “free” account so that you have access to your profile and reward points earned. We accept “Walk-Ins” occasionally offering limited services. Follow us on our Social Sites to see when our “Walk-ins Welcomed” light is on!

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Why is there a fee when booking my appointment?

The fee is securing your appointment time & date. The fee will be deducted from your total bill at your appointment. If you miss your appointment the fee is non-refundable and a new fee will be accessed when setting a new appointment.

2.  I have a gift certificate, will I still be required to pay the fee when setting up my appointment?

 Yes, only those with a membership are not subject to a fee.   Gift certificates are a form of payment that will be used at your appointment. If the bill/service is equal to or less than the gift certificate amount, a refund of the fee will be given.   (Refer to question #1 for other details regarding fee)

3.  I have a membership. How do I schedule my appointment?

     Sign in to your Account for access to your member’s only VIP Booking page.    

4.  I would like to make an appointment for myself and someone else for the same date & time.

     We are currently offering one on one services that does not allow for the same times.

5. I would like to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment.

Send an email to customer service or text 336.473.3367 to cancel or reschedule. Appointments should be cancelled 24hrs in advance; no call/no show will be charged 50% of the service. *Deposits are non-refundable and new deposit is required when rescheduling.
